Set a separate price per pet size for any service. At booking, the app matches the pet's size and applies the right price automatically.

Optional services the client can add on top of the main one. Each add-on has its own price and duration. They can be picked at online booking or in the app and show up as a separate line on the invoice.
Public online booking page
A public booking page that is open around the clock. Clients pick the service, the staff member and the time themselves, without calling. Bookings can be accepted automatically or go through your approval. The page is optional and you turn it on only if you want it.
Own public listing (link, cover, portfolio)
Each module gets its own public page with its own link, cover photo, description and portfolio. You add your contact details and social profiles. The page can be shared anywhere or listed in the Animalia Pet app. The listing is optional.
Stripe deposits & refund policy
Ask for a deposit at booking as a fixed amount, a percentage or full payment, collected online through Stripe. The refund policy for cancellations is configurable, with automatic or manual refunds.
Automated SMS / WhatsApp / email
Confirmations, reminders and follow-up messages sent to clients automatically. You choose which events send a message and on which channel, and each message type can be turned on or off separately.
Mass SMS / WhatsApp campaigns
Send an SMS or WhatsApp campaign to all clients or to a filtered selection, for example by species or last visit. Write the message, pick the recipients and the campaign goes out straight from the app.
Reviews & Google review requests
After the appointment is completed, the client automatically gets a follow-up message with your Google review link. You set the link once in the app. Reviews on Animalia show up on your public page.
Loyalty program & digital cards
Define loyalty levels, each with its own percentage discount. For each level you set how many visits are needed and in what period. Clients automatically get the card for the level they qualify for, and the level updates as they keep coming back. For special cases you can also set a level manually.

Issue invoices from the app through the Oblio integration. The invoice is generated from the booking, with services, add-ons and prices already filled in. Invoices are submitted to e-Factura from the app.

Connect your fiscal cash register to the app and print the receipt straight from the checkout screen. The common Romanian drivers are supported, such as FiscalNet or ZFPLab. X and Z reports are generated from the app as well.

Clients can join a waitlist for fully booked days. The team is notified of every entry and sees all requests in one place. When a spot opens up, you book the client straight from the list.
Block time / staff time-off
Block intervals in the calendar for breaks, cleaning or holidays. A block applies to one staff member or to the whole team. During that time no bookings can be made, online or in the app.
Before / after appointment photos
Attach photos to each appointment, for example before and after the service. The photos stay saved on the appointment and are always there in its details.
No-show protection (automated reminders)
The client gets automatic reminders before the appointment, by SMS or WhatsApp. You choose how far in advance they are sent, for example one day or one hour before, and at what time of day the message goes out.

Veterinary & clinical
Digital SOAP exam notes
A SOAP exam note with 5 sections, from history to plan. Notes can be finalised, duplicated or reopened, and the patient's weight is tracked over time from the vital signs. The note can be shared with the client as a PDF.
Per-pet medical card
A medical card for every patient, with sections for vaccinations, deworming, diets, medications, lab results and diagnoses. The pet's full medical history lives in one place. Medical documents can be attached right on the card.
Prescriptions & refills
Issue in-house or external prescriptions and manage refills. Prescription files can be uploaded right in the exam. Prescriptions also appear on the patient's medical card.
Dental charts
An interactive dental chart for dogs and cats. Record the condition of each tooth at the exam. The chart exports as a PDF and can be emailed or printed.
Treatment plans (client e-signature)
Treatment plans itemised by procedure, with low and high cost estimates. Plans are versioned, and the client e-signs the proposed one.
Discharge notes
Care instructions at discharge, generated from the exam note. They cover follow-up, medication and diet.
Diagnostics & lab / paraclinical results
Record diagnoses and lab results on the patient's record. Biochemistry and haematology panels are filled in from the exam. Lab reports are saved as PDFs in the analyses section.
Diet plans
Diet plans with food lists, created from the exam. The plan is saved on the patient's record and can be exported as a PDF.
Anaesthesia monitoring
Track vital signs during anaesthesia, straight from the SOAP note. Readings are recorded in a table and on a chart, and the panel is part of the exam section.
Vaccine catalogue & automated reminders
A vaccine catalogue with over 80 predefined entries and a record per patient. When a vaccine is due, the client automatically gets a reminder with a booking link. For each reminder type you choose the channel and the send time.
Vaccination & custom certificates (e-signed)
Vaccination certificates and other documents issued from templates, with data filled in automatically from the patient profile. The template library has search, duplication and a sent history. The vet signs in the app, the client signs through a public link without an account, and the document goes out by email, WhatsApp, SMS or in the Animalia Pet app.
Official RO forms (GDPR, declarations, …)
The official Romanian forms come built in: GDPR consent, euthanasia request, declarations and the identification form. Fields are pre-filled with patient and clinic details. The final document is e-signed.
Consent forms (client e-signature)
Procedure consents, e-signed by the client. The client can sign at the clinic or from home through a public link, no account needed. Signed documents stay saved in the app.
Inventory: meds / substances + auto-deduction
Stock tracking for medication, vaccines, supplements and supplies, with quantities, dispensing units and expiration dates. Substances linked to services are deducted automatically when the appointment is completed. An inventory hub shows products low on stock or close to expiring, and every stock movement stays in the history.
Purchase orders & suppliers
Create restocking orders straight from the inventory, with the supplier noted on each order. Deliveries update the stock. Inventory reports show usage and stock value.
Clinic queue / flow board
A board that shows the patient flow in your clinic, from scheduled to discharged. See who is waiting, who is in the exam room and who is hospitalised or ready to leave.

Boarding bookings over multiple days, with check-in and check-out. Nights and price are calculated automatically. Stay dates can be changed at any time and the price is recalculated, long-stay discount included.
Rooms / kennels management
Manage the hotel's rooms and kennels, with photos, capacity and price per night. Prices can also be set per pet size. A shared room can be sold as individual spots, with several bookings in the same room, up to its capacity.
Room types, facilities & policies
Standard room types or your own custom ones, with facilities such as heating, outdoor access or a camera. Each room has its own rules, for example a maximum pet size, weight or the accepted species. Rooms can also have their own check-in and check-out times.
Capacity & occupancy tracking
See per day which rooms are taken and how many spots are still free. Occupancy shows on the kanban board, the timeline, the month calendar and the map. Rooms can also be marked as cleaning or under maintenance.
Floor-plan / map layout editor
Draw your hotel's floor plan and place rooms on the map by drag and drop. Rooms can be moved and resized in edit mode. The map shows in real time which rooms are occupied.
Stay pipeline & kanban board
Every stay moves through clear stages, from request to check-out. Track them on the kanban board, the timeline, the month calendar or the map. Quick filters show what is today, this week or needs attention.
Check-in / check-out workflow
Approve, reject, confirm and check every booking in and out. You can change the room, the dates, the pets or the services during the stay, and the price is recalculated. You can also create a booking directly for a client, without the public page.
Auto-accept rules (capacity / size gating)
Bookings can be accepted automatically, following rules you set. You define the minimum notice, the accepted pet sizes, the maximum pets per booking and the minimum or maximum stay length. Anything outside the rules goes to manual approval.
Long-stay & room promo discounts
Automatic discounts for stays over 7 or over 28 nights, with percentages you set. The discount applies itself in the price calculation. Separately, you can run time-limited promotions on specific rooms, with a period and a minimum number of nights.
Stay add-on catalogue & bundles
A catalogue of extra services during the stay, in categories such as grooming, extra care or solo play. Each service is priced per stay, per night or per pet. Services can be grouped into bundles with a single price, and the owner picks them right at booking.
Vaccination-requirement enforcement
At booking, the app checks vaccination requirements and your hotel's rules, for example maximum weight or size. Proof of vaccination is attached right on the booking. Anything outside the rules is blocked or goes to manual review.
Live camera for the pet owner
Rooms can have a live camera, set up simply by scanning a QR code. During the stay, the owner watches their pet in the Animalia Pet app.
Real-time guest chat during the stay
Direct chat between the hotel and the owner during the stay. Messages arrive in real time in the Animalia Pet app, and unread messages are flagged on both sides.
Guest reviews per stay
After the stay, the owner can leave a review from the Animalia Pet app, with a 1 to 5 rating, a comment and photos. Reviews appear on the hotel's public listing.
Boarding contracts (e-signature)
Boarding contracts generated from templates and sent for e-signature. You track each contract's status, from sent and viewed to signed. The contract stays attached to the booking.
