The SOAP note is structured into four main tabs: History, Examination, Assessment and Plan, each corresponding to a stage in the medical documentation process. The note also includes a summary section that gives you a quick view of the key information.

SOAP for the Client
Animalia Business gives you full control over the information you send the client from the SOAP note. You can select only the details relevant to each case, so the client receives a personalised, clear and easy-to-understand record with no unnecessary information. The record can be downloaded as a PDF and sent through any communication channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS and so on) or, even more simply, directly in the Animalia Booking app.
