PERFORMANCE REPORTS
Animalia Business offers four categories of reports: service-based reports, staff performance reports, client-based reports, and revenue-based reports. They are fully configurable in terms of the time range analyzed and can be generated for weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly periods, or for any other interval you select.
Service Report
Service-based reports present statistics on the revenue generated and the number of requests recorded. This information makes it easy to identify your most popular and most profitable services.
Staff Report
Staff performance reports present statistics on the revenue generated by each employee, along with the number of appointments tied to them, making it possible to evaluate individual efficiency and productivity.
Client Report
Client-based reports present essential statistics such as the total number of clients, how many are new, and the revenue generated by each — making it easy to identify your most valuable clients. In addition, these reports include information about the pets associated with them, highlighting the distribution by size or breed.
Revenue Report
Revenue-based reports give you an overall picture of how your business is performing, highlighting how revenue evolves over a given period. They include information on the total number of appointments recorded, how many were completed, how many were cancelled, and the total value of the revenue generated.
Benefits
