Yes. You define room types with different prices and capacities. Pet parents see availability for each type and choose at booking.
At check-in, the system automatically checks the documents uploaded by the pet parent. If a vaccine is missing or expired, check-in is blocked and the pet parent is notified.
Yes. Staff takes photos or short clips, sends them through the app, and the pet parent receives them instantly with a push notification.
Yes. Pet parents pay the deposit at the time of online booking. The deposit percentage and cancellation policy are set by you.
Yes. A boarded animal can be scheduled for grooming or a vet consultation directly from the boarding panel. Everything on a single profile.
There's no limit on the number of animals. The limit depends on the plan chosen: from 10 rooms to unlimited capacity.
