Services & Add-ons

Set up your pet hotel's services and prices using fixed rates, custom margins, or variable pricing based on size. Add extra options (add-ons) to each service that clients can select during online booking, increasing the value of every booking and your business revenue.

Payment

Clients can pay by card quickly and securely through Stripe. The payment can be a fixed-amount deposit, a deposit calculated as a percentage of the booking value, or full payment of the booking. Requesting a deposit is an option the pet hotel can configure, deciding whether or not to collect a deposit and how much it should be.

Control

You can choose to have every online booking require your approval, so you keep full control over your schedule. You'll get an instant notification in the Animalia Business app every time a client makes a booking, and you can confirm or decline it.
