Items

Every item is fully configurable and can be customized to fit your business needs. You have complete control over all the relevant information — from identification, classification, and pricing to expiration dates, traceability, suppliers, and product-specific details.

Inventory

In your digital inventory you can adjust each product's stock manually, but you can also schedule supply orders that automatically update the inventory once they're marked as successfully completed.

Service Link

Another method of automatic adjustment is to link items to one or more services and define the quantity consumed by each individual service.

Auto-Deduct

Once a service is completed in the app, the system automatically deducts the items linked to that service from your inventory. Stock levels update automatically, giving you a near real-time view of your digital inventory.

Reminder

You can turn on reminders that automatically notify you when an item's unit count drops below the thresholds you set. That way, you get early alerts and can act in time to avoid running out of stock.
