Animalia Business offers a complete range of systems and tools designed to manage and configure your pet hotel business.

Configurable Rooms

For each room you can define and edit all the relevant details, such as the room name, accommodation capacity, available facilities, price and pet policy. You can also set how each room is booked: on an exclusive basis, by individual spaces within the room, or by allowing both options.

Room Management

Once created, each room is automatically added to your calendar. Straight from the calendar you can see the current status of every room - free, occupied, being cleaned or under maintenance - as well as the pets occupying each room. This gives you a full overview of your entire pet hotel.

Video Streaming

For each room you can add a video streaming link, which can be shared automatically by SMS or directly in the Animalia Booking app, without using up SMS credits. This feature is optional, but it helps build credibility and strengthen your relationship with clients by adding extra transparency.

Custom Discounts

You can reward clients who choose longer stays by automatically applying preset discounts. For bookings of at least a week an automatic discount can be applied, and for bookings longer than a month an even more generous reduction can be offered. This system encourages longer stays, increases occupancy and gives clients a clear benefit for long-term bookings.
