PERFORMANCE REPORTS
Animalia Business offers four categories of report: service-based reports, room performance reports, client-based reports and revenue-based reports. Each is fully configurable for the time period analysed and can be generated for weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly periods, or for any other interval the user selects.


Service Report
Reports based on the pet hotel's services show statistics on the revenue generated and the number of requests recorded. This information helps you identify your most popular and most profitable services.

Room Report
Room performance reports show statistics on the revenue generated by each room, along with the number of bookings linked to it, allowing you to assess each room's productivity.

Client Report
Client-based reports show essential statistics such as the total number of clients, how many of them are new, and the revenue generated by each — making it easy to identify your most valuable clients. They also include information about the clients' pets, highlighting the distribution by size or breed.

Revenue Report
Revenue-based reports give you an overall picture of how your business is performing, showing how revenue has evolved over a given period. They include the total number of bookings recorded, how many were completed, how many were cancelled, and the total value of the takings generated.

Benefits
The reports give you a complete overview of your business, helping you make decisions based on real data rather than gut feeling. They're available directly in the app and can also be downloaded as a PDF for analysis, archiving or internal sharing. All reports are confidential and protected in line with applicable data protection law.
